Kona Endurance CitraBeta Shot is a rapid acting endurance supplement that will:

INCREASE ANAEROBIC THRESHOLD BY 14%

INCREASE CARNOSINE LEVELS BY 64%

INCREASE WORKLOAD CAPACITY BY 16%

CitraBeta Shot contains large dosages of Beta-Alanine and Citrulline Malate. Research has shown these two amino acids greatly increase both aerobic capacity and anaerobic threshold at a very rapid pace.  Designed to be taken from a minimum of 15 days to a maximum of 12 weeks. 12 weeks of use documents the greatest endurance benefits.  Can be used as a stand alone endurance supplement or can be combined with Kona Endurance PRO to maximize the full benefits of amino acids and endurance enhancing adaptogens.

Beta-Alanine - Beta-Alanine is an amino acid that has been clinically documented to increase endurance. In 2004, Dr. Suzuki discovered a strong relationship between carnosine concentrations in muscle and high intensity endurance training - the higher concentrations of carnosine you have in your muscle, the faster you can bike and run. Supplementation with beta-alanine has been shown to increase the concentration of carnosine in muscles, decrease fatigue in athletes and increase total muscular work done. After a 10 week supplementing strategy, the reported increase in intramuscular carnosine content was an average of 80.1% (range 18 to 205%). In another study conducted on runners, the athletes consumed 800mg. of either beta-alanine or placebo 4 times per day for 7 days and then doubling it for 21 days. The results showed a 14%, 12.5% and 3% increase in anaerobic threshold and time to exhaustion, respectively. There was no change in the placebo group.

Citrulline Malate - Citrulline Malate has been clinically documented to improve aerobic performance and capacity by influencing lactic acid metabolism and reducing fatigue. By reducing blood lactate levels, aerobic performance was dramatically increased. French researchers reported in several human studies that blood lactate concentrations were reduced and ammonia elimination was increased after physical exertion.

There are two different dosage methods to choose from:

Elite Level - take 4 capsules daily and see single digit increases in aerobic capacity and anaerobic threshold.  One bottle of Kona Endurance CitraBeta Shot will last 30 days on this program.

Pro Level - take 4 capsules twice daily to see double digit gains in aerobic capacity and anaerobic threshold.  One bottle of Kona Endurance CitraBeta Shot will last 15 days on this program.

Some athletes will feel a minor prickling after first taking CitraBeta Shot, which is called parathesia. It is caused by beta-alanine binding to nerve receptors, activating them and causing them to discharge. Many of these nerves are below the skin, giving a prickling sensation.  This sensation begins approximately 10-20 minutes after ingesting beta-alanine and usually continues for 10-20 minutes.  The intensity varies depending on dosing, individual sensitivity and potentially from activators of Ca2+ channels, such as caffeine. This sensation decreases over a few weeks of continued use.  Taking CitraBeta Shot with food may decrease the prickling effect from beta-alanine.  The prickling sensation does not occur at all in some individuals, some feel it, others don't.

Kona Endurance™ CITRABETA SHOT is a safe, legal, stimulant-free endurance supplement that abides by all athletic governing bodies, including WADA, USADA, UCI, IOC and USAT.
