Damaged or Wrongly Shipped Items
In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, or if we sent you an
item other than the one you ordered, please e-mail our Customer Service
Department at info@dbmnutrition.com
within 48 hours. In these situations we will promptly send you replacement
product and a pre-paid return label to return the damaged or incorrect
merchandise, at our expense.
Rush Orders
If you have an event or other reason where it is imperative that you receive
your shipment by a certain date or time, please let us know by email. We will
make every effort to expedite your shipment so it arrives on time, or we will
call or email you if there is any reason we can’t get it to you in the
expected time frame.
